What space do you need for VR sessions?
We're fully mobile and can deliver sessions in most spaces. Ideally, we need a room approximately 4m × 4m with good lighting and a clear floor space. We can adapt to school halls, meeting rooms, outdoor spaces, or your own venue. We handle all setup and safety requirements.
Is VR safe for all ages and abilities?
Yes. Our sessions are fully risk assessed and tailored to different age groups and abilities. We have SEND specific programs for young people with additional needs. All facilitators are trained in safeguarding and can adapt experiences based on individual requirements. We screen for motion sickness and provide alternatives if needed.
