Terms of service for Infinite Missions VR
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Infinite Missions VR website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
Quotation:
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit payment (where applicable).
Payment:
Full payment is due 14 days before the session date. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@infinitemissionsvr.com:
- More than 28 days before the session: 25% cancellation fee
- 14-28 days before the session: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days before the session: 100% cancellation fee (non refundable)
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
4. Health & Safety
Participants must complete a health screening form before the session. VR is not suitable for:
- Individuals with severe epilepsy or photosensitivity
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with severe motion sickness
- Those with recent head, neck, or back injuries
We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a health risk.
5. Liability & Indemnity
Infinite Missions VR operates with full Public Liability Insurance (£5M cover). However, participants use VR equipment at their own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Missions VR, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in our services, except where we are liable due to our negligence or breach of duty.
6. Venue Requirements
The booking organisation is responsible for:
- Providing adequate space (minimum 2m x 2m per VR station)
- Ensuring the venue is safe and suitable for VR activities
- Providing appropriate supervision and safeguarding
- Ensuring all participants have completed health screening
7. Photography & Consent
Participants consent to photography and video recording during sessions for promotional and documentation purposes, unless otherwise stated in the booking form. Parents/carers must provide written consent for under-18s.
8. Safeguarding
All Infinite Missions VR staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We follow strict child protection and vulnerable adult policies. Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Infinite Missions VR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
